Workplace complaint intake: 3/4

Three of four declared publication components are met in the city workplace-harassment procedure. A result-notification target is not stated in the reviewed chapter. This does not assess actual investigations or a general citizen-complaint system. [S03]

Budget and staffing disclosure: 2/4

The reviewed set provides FY2025 operating/capital detail and personnel categories. It does not supply a readable FY2026 police appropriation or dated, reconciled filled/authorized positions. This is a publication assessment, not a finding that no current budget exists. [S01, S04, S05, S11, S18]

Public contact information: 3/4

A police tip line, office address, emergency 911 routing and written records route are published. The reviewed set does not specify police-service assistance or a response timetable. Actual responsiveness was not tested. [S01, S06, S13, S15, S17]

Bliss petition and separately reported Maples claim

A court-stamped Bliss pleading alleges workplace harassment and retaliation. Local reporting also describes a separate Maples claim. No merits outcome or current disposition was verified; allegations receive no conduct points. [S07, S08, S21]

Agency statements and public context

Body-camera plans, dispatch review and reported aid

The report includes an announced body-camera launch, Aurora officials raising a county 911 outage concern, and the agency account of attempted aid after a fatal pursuit. Completed implementation and sufficiently complete incident findings were not verified. No automatic credit or penalty is assigned. [S10, S12, S16]

Scope and evidence gaps

This is a bounded public-web review, not exhaustive or representative of agency operations. Conduct and training/supervision remain unassessed. Court dispositions, complete investigations, training completion, current police appropriation, dated staffing and official crime exports remain unverified. Social discovery covered seven platforms but captured no usable original-comment sample. Unknown checks earn neither credit nor penalties. The pilot weights and anchors are editorial choices, not validated measures of overall police quality.
